Any evidence of Israel's attack on the Mavi Marmara was supposed to be one sided. The Israeli government didn't want you to know what really happened. The only footage of the attack was filtered and provided by them. The previous videos made it appear as if the Israeli commandos where defending them selves. Defending them selves from angry activist with pocket knives and sling shots. This footage was just released by Cultures of Resistance and it shows what really happened. The Israeli commandos repelling down from helicopters with guns ready for the kill. The Turkish passengers, as you can see had no violent intent. This was a peaceful trip sending supplies and aid to Gaza. You can even see the passengers helping the injured, including two commandos.

At one point the captain announces over the load speakers “ Don't show resistance... they are using live ammunition.” . As he is speaking gun shots ring out.

Lara Lee, the documentary film maker aboard the Mavi Marmara that recorded the massacre said “it was terrifying”. “they came to kill” she said, “they wanted to take over the ship”
